Youth Links, the YMCA Youth & Family Service mentoring program, held a mentor appreciation bowling party on April 6th at the beautiful lanes at Bowlmor Rockville. YouthLinks helps children in the Montgomery County Welfare system build better futures by matching them in one-on-one relationships with caring, consistent adults.

Over 50 mentors and their mentees celebrated their relationship with several hours of bowling and pizza. YFS Executive Director Carson Henry with a word of welcome and Maryland Circuit Court Judge Richard Jordan and Montgomery County Child Welfare Director Agnes Leshner thanked the pairs for their commitment to each other.  Everybody gave the party rave reviews!

A special thanks to Bowlmor for going out of their way to make YouthLinks party and event to remember!
